Butterfly founder wins in Most Aspirational category of this year’s Inspiration Awards for Women.

Kate says “I am delighted (and more than a little stunned) to be able to advise that I won the Aspirational Woman of the Year Award 2012 in London on Wednesday, 3 October.

“For my part, this was unexpected. I want to say a huge thank you for your support to those who kindly took the time to vote – greatly appreciated.

“This award is not about me, it’s about getting this rare cancer the recognition it deserves. Thyroid Cancer is on the map!”
